Turning into spring
Everything’s a change
Northerlies turn southern
Sun stays out ‘til late
Halfway ‘round the sun
New leaves on the palm
Big storms of last summer
Are memories long gone
There is no such thing as passing time
Man made the spinning hands
But nature makes the rhyme
Chorus-1
Measuring our life is just a trend
We’re given a beginning
But we create the end
Puppies on the lawn
Butterflies move on
Coral sees the full moon
To know it’s time to spawns
Cassiopeia hides behind the day
Warm sky starts to sparkle
As tall clouds drift away
Chorus-2
You can’t borrow time you can’t lend
We’re given a beginning
But we create the end
There is no such thing as passing time
Man makes the spinning hands
But nature makes the rhyme
You can’t borrow time you can’t lend
We’re given a beginning
But we create the end

The grand design is for us to take care of needs one day at a time. Clocks are something we use to make sense of things and to put perspective and order on things as they happen in our life. But - I’d wager that clocks and time are not the best way to measure.
God’s earth was meant to sustain life in a different way and pace then we do it. The rest of the earth is still obeying the original command. For everything there is a season.... Ecclesiastes, Chapter 3 verse 1-8.
This song is about living in harmony with the world as God intended life to be lived. It is about looking at the beauty of this world and recognizing that it is our choice on how we look at things. It’s a reminder that our fate is in our own hands only after the point that we take it out of God’s hands.
