Danny’s Studio
Demos Masters sprang from a studio founded in 1986 by me, Danny Taddei, after I returned from a tour and decided to settle down in Los Angeles. I derived our name from that first studio I opened that made Master quality Demos in a great 
project studio. I've been in business a long time now and have all the toys. Initially, my studio was intended solely for the purpose of recording my soundtrack music and my own original music, but then it evolved into a full blown commercial studio with multiple engineers and producers. 
That was fine for a while but things changed again and I reverted my business back into a small private studio doing what I love to do most - recording music that means something to me.
I still hire myself out but more because it is always a challenge and it is always fun to work on a new tune. When someone else writes the tune and I have to have a meeting of the minds with them, it helps me grow. So, I will do recordings in whatever way my clients need me to. I can record MIDI tracks 
or Audio tracks for use in your studio. I can cut masters for you to release and sell or demos to try and further your path.
I prefer to work with songwriters and artists on a personal level.

What’s Changed?
In 1986 my studio was an 8 track tape machine synchronized to an atari computer using SMTPE Track software. It worked great and my first two Christmas CD’s, were my first projects recorded there. These days, I have an unlimited amount of digital audio tracks, a fully automated mixer and more toys then I can think of to go with it all. As for equipment, times have changed. As for the talent needed to capture sound right, or play the music right in the first place things have not. You decided if you like what you hear and let me know if you think we’re a match.
There are some things I don’t do....
I’d be lying if I told you I can do everything. I can try but I’d rather introduce you to friends of mine that do the styles I don’t. It’s better for everyone - so ask me and I’ll do what I can to help. That’s just good business, and as I see it, the Christian thing to do.
Favorite style:
That is hard to say. Listen to what I have done and hear my styles. Remember, it is not the only thing I will do - just what has come my way. Let me take a listen and see if your music touches me right. If it does, we’ll both know it.
Am i open to the public?
As a studio, not really anymore. I live in more then one location and I actually have more then one studio but Demos Masters is more or less closed to the commercial studio rental world. I record and produce my own projects mostly and outside tracks are something I do to keep my own chops up to top quality. If I only did my own work, I feel I’d become stale but if I was open for commercial use, my work would get put on the back shelf. I don’t want that, so I work for others to keep me on my toes. Often times I find some real talent to work with - that’s a major bonus, but I don’t usually open my doors to the public for studio rental anymore, other then for internet tracks and productions.

Where am I located?
We’ll, I’m in Florida some of the year, and in Austin, Lafayette and Nashville for part of it and along the Gulf Coast for the rest of when I’m not out sailing, flying or camping in the mountains..... Sounds funny when I put it that way but I like to stay busy. My studios are based out of Lafayette Louisiana, Austin Texas and Nashville Tennessee. I have a portable studio that travels with me to Florida and my boat but I am on vacation when I am there and don’t do anything but play music and enjoy life. Everyone needs a break sometime.
